Decision

1. That £2.5m be allocated for the purchase of properties, funded through Right to Buy (RTB) receipts, which will be held within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) as affordable rented housing.
2. That authority be delegated to the Director of Property and Environment, in consultation with the Assistant Director of Finance, to select and complete required steps to acquire suitable properties within the agreed budget.
3. That resource allocation and spend approval of £2.5m in the HRA capital programme be approved.
