Purpose

To consider approving the award of Mental Health Framework contracts for supported accommodation and community support services.

Decision

1. That the public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, in order that the meeting may consider the exempt Annex to the report.
2. That the award of contracts for the successful providers on the framework, following the completion of the tender on 10 February 2025, be approved. The successful providers are set out in the exempt Annex.
3. That future contracts for services will be called-off from the framework in line with the framework agreement, call-off terms and conditions and the Council’s governance and procurement requirements.
4. That authority was previously delegated to the Director of Adult Services to call-off contracts completed via this framework and to award any contract extensions, subject to satisfactory performance.
