1. The Sub-Committee granted the application as applied for, subject to the mandatory conditions, the Operating Schedule and the agreed conditions:

            Films, Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, anything of a similar description to Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance

            Sunday to Thursday                                     07:00 to 02:00 hours

            Friday and Saturday                                                 07:00 to 03:00 hours

            Late Night Refreshment (Indoors):

            Sunday to Thursday                                     23:00 to 02:00 hours

            Friday and Saturday                                                 23:00 to 03:00 hours

            Opening Hours

            Sunday to Thursday                                     07:00 to 02:30 hours

            Friday and Saturday                                                 07:00 to 03:30 hours

            Further, there are non-standard seasonal hours extensions applied for:

            The terminal hour for licensable activities shall be 03:00 hours (and 03:30 hours closing time) on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

            The terminal hour for licensable activities and closing time may be increased by one hour on the following:

            Burns Night - 25 January; Australia Day - 26 January; St Davids Day - 1 March; St Patricks Day - 17 March; St Georges Day - 23 April; St Andrews Day - 30 November; the Thursday immediately preceding Good Friday; and any Sunday immediately preceding a Bank Holiday Monday.

            New Year’s Eve - 07:00 hours to start of standard hours the next day.
