Decision

1. That the Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy, attached as an Annex to the report, be adopted.
2. That authority be delegated to the Director of Customer and Community Services, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Housing, to make minor or consequential amendments in response to legislative changes or charging prior to the review period of three years.
