Purpose

To consider approving the commencement of a tender exercise for the replacement of the Civica APP case management.

Decision

1. That the commencement of a competitive procurement process via an open tender to replace the existing Civica APP system, be approved.
2. That authority be delegated to the Director of Customer and Community Services, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Regulatory Services, to award the contract and finalise all associated contractual arrangements following completion of the procurement process.
