ACTIONS:
1.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to check that officers had circulated the schedule for
littering and landscape work in each non-devolved Parish and to
meet with Councillor McLean regarding litter picking
issues.
2.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to provide an update before the September Council meeting
to Councillor J Carr on the matter of Arriva recording passenger
trip details correctly via their ticket machines.
3.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to meet with Councillor Verma on the matter of
residents’ complaints around the anti-social use of
e-scooters.
4.            
Councillor Townsend undertook
to write to the government on the policy of charging a commercial
interest rate on borrowing for social housing and on the claw back
provisions that relate to Council owned land if it is used for
housing.
5.            
Councillor Hearnshaw undertook
to discuss with officers any implications to local admissions and
to those students with a diagnosed special educational need or
Educational and Health Care Plan if there was a change to the VAT
status of private schools.
