ACTIONS:
1.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to meet with officers and provide an update to Councillor
McLean on the issues he has raised regarding litter picking and
mowing.
2.            
Councillor Marland undertook to
put a report on the matter from the Director Planning and
Placemaking onto Councillors News this week and to provide
Councillor Crooks with a response by the end of July to his request
regarding incorporating the key recommendations of the Adoptions
Task and Finish Group into the Council Delivery Plan.
3.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to meet with Councillor Raja to discuss her concerns
regarding the criteria the Council uses to agree 20 MPH estates and
who is consulted as part of this process.
4.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to ask officers to consider including a glossary of terms
or a simplification of terms to the Highway Code of Practice to
ensure it was easy to understand by the general public when they
are reporting potholes online.
5.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to ask officers to contact Arriva, to raise the issue of
very old, high emission busses, with interior / exterior marketing
relating to other areas of the UK, being used in Milton
Keynes.
6.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to seek assurances from officers that proper training
continued to be given to those operating the pothole
machine.
