Purpose

To consider extending a two-year contract with
CNWL for the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme and
approve a contract variation to apply flexibility in the service to
adapt to changing local needs and national legislation.

Content

1.        
That an initial two-year contract extension for
the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme by
Central and Northwest
London NHS Foundation Trust, be
approved.

2.        
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Public Health, to make minor variations to the contract to achieve
additional flexibility in the delivery of the service and to allow
the service to adapt to changing local needs and national
legislation.
