The Sub-Committee carefully considered all the evidence
before it.
It noted that the Personal Licence Holder had obtained more
than one relevant conviction which had resulted in a custodial
sentence; and the offences for which they had been convicted had
taken place on an alcohol licensed premises. The Personal Licence
Holder had not informed the Court at the time of sentencing,
thereby preventing the Court from considering the forfeiture or
suspension of the Personal Licence when sentencing for the relevant
offences that had taken place. This is also an offence under the
Licensing Act.
There had been no matters raised by the Personal Licence
Holder.
The Police had been satisfied that the continuation of the
Personal Licence would undermine the duty of Prevention of
Crime.
The Sub-Committee resolved to revoke the Personal
Licence.
