Purpose

To consider approving a short-term lease of
Bletchley Leisure Centre and the car park to a specialist leisure
provider.

Content

1.         That the
public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of
Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business
Affairs of the Authority) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972, in order that the meeting may consider the
exempt Annex to the report.

2.         That the
agreed Heads of Terms, attached as an exempt Annex, to lease
Bletchley Leisure Centre and car park for a period of sixteen
months, be approved.

3.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Customer and Community
Services to make minor amendments to the Heads of Terms to give
effect to this decision.
