1. That
the updated
Corporate Property Strategy (CPS) and associated Property Policies
(attached at Annexes A to G to the
report) be adopted from 2024 to 2029.
2. That
authority be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property,
in consultation with the Cabinet member and Assistant Director of
Property, to make non-material changes to the CPS and its connected
policies, to ensure they remain up to date with any legislative
changes or to meet other
macro-environmental or economic changes or challenges to ensure
they remain accurate and relevant.
