Purpose

To consider an update of the Medium Term
Financial Outlook for 2025/26 to 2028/29.

Content

RESOLVED:
1.            
That the financial forecast set
out in Table 1 of the report, in relation to both resources and
expenditure, be noted.
2.            
That the approach proposed to
setting a balanced budget for 2025/26 and steps to support the
budget in future years as set out in paras 4.16 to 4.21 of the
report, be agreed.
3.            
That the Portfolio Holder,
Cabinet and Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) continue to develop
detailed proposals to facilitate the delivery of a robust and
sustainable Medium Term Financial Plan.
