Purpose

To consider renewing the Microsoft Contract
which supports ICT services across the Council, including Microsoft
Office and Server Infrastructure.

Content

1.         That the
Council services currently provided under the Microsoft Enterprise
Agreement, due to expire on 30 June 2025, be renewed.

2.         That the
commencement of a further competition process under the Crown
Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM6098 (Technology Products and
Associated Services 2) to award a new three-year contract for the services, be
approved.

3.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Finance and Resources to
approve the award of the contract following the further
competition.
