Purpose

To consider approving the extension and
variation of the Public Space Protection Order that is currently in
place in certain locations across the Borough to tackle alcohol
related behaviour.

Content

1.        That the
Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that is currently in place to
tackle alcohol related anti-social behaviour be extended for a
period of three years, under section 60 of the Anti-Social
Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

2.        
That a variation to
the Order, under section 61 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and
Policing Act 2014, to include additional areas in the whole of
Great Linford Parish, be agreed.
