RESOLVED
-
1.     
That the Committee notes the
report and the draft guidance provided in Annexes A and
B.
2.     
That the Monitoring Officer
bring a further report and draft guidance to the next meeting of
the Committee on 28 January 2025 which reflects some proposed
amendments to the draft guidance, including:
·              
links to existing social media
guidance; and
·              
the freedom for Councillors to select and make clear their
preferred methods of communication with residents.
