RESOLVED

1.     
That the report and updates be
noted.
 

2.     
That the Committee endorse the
work of the Hearing Procedures Working Group and receive a report
including the revised Hearing Procedure at their next meeting on 28
January 2025.
 

3.     
That authority be delegated to
the Head of Democratic Services to report the Chair and
Vice-Chairs’ preferred candidates for Co-opted Parish Council
representatives to Full Council for approval in November
2024.
