Content

1.         That the
commencement of a procurement exercise of an Enterprise Resource Planning System Cloud Hosting with
Unit4, through the Lead Authority Shared Service arrangements, be
approved.

2.         That
authority to award the contract for the provision of Enterprise
Resource Planning, commencing April 2025, and the extension of the
contract be delegated to Lead Authority West Northamptonshire
Council.
