The Sub-Committee resolved to grant the application to Big
Jays Smokehouse, including the change of plan, subject to the
following additional conditions:

1.         That all
patrons must be vacated from the premises by the closing time
specified for that day.

2.         That, in
respect of all external entertainment, the terminal hour for
non-seasonal / extended times be no later than 23:00 hours, with
the exception of New Year’s Eve when the terminal hour be no
later than 00:00 hours.  The 21:00 hours
‘normal’ curfew be unaffected by this change and will
remain in place on standard days.

3.         That
licensable activities be authorised in accordance with the
plan.

4.         That no
films be shown outside after 21:00 hours.

5.         The following
conditions are hereby removed as numbered in the original
licence:

2.1       Licensable activities are
restricted to the internal areas as shown on the attached
plans.

2.5       Showing of Films is only
permitted as part of Karaoke facilities.

2.6       No customers shall be
admitted to the premise after 23:00 hours except on Saturdays when
no new customers shall be permitted entry after 22:00
hours.

2.19    The Premises will not do any multi buy
promotions and will not sell shots.

6.         The
variation in relation to the provision of licensable activity
(namely Anything Similar to Live / Recorded / Dance) is granted as
applied for.
