The Sub-Committee resolved to grant the application to
Parilla Steakhouse and Bar, subject to the following
conditions:
1.        
Opening
Hours
           
08:00 hours to 23:30 hours, Monday to Sunday.
2.        
Sale of
Alcohol
           
11:00 hours to 23:00 hours, Monday to Sunday.

3.         That
alcohol only be served on the premises by waiter / waitress service
to patrons who are seated either at tables or stools located next
to the bar serving area.

4.         That the
Designated Premises Supervisor have responsibility to ensure that
the external area of the premises be monitored by trained staff to
ensure the area is used quietly so as not to cause a
nuisance.
