Purpose

To consider commencing a procurement exercise
to refurbish the former NatWest area, which will create a clinical
space for Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) to
operate their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)
and Adults Mental Health Hub.

Content

1.        
That the public and press be excluded from the
meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information Relating to the
Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part I of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, in order that the
meeting consider the exempt Annex to the report.

2.         That the
allocation of £1.211m in the Capital
Programme, to fund capital works at
Civic funded from borrowing, be recommended to Council.

3.        
That the commencement
of a procurement exercise under a national framework to create the
new area for CNWL NHS Foundation Trust, be approved.

4.        
That authority be
delegated to the Director of Environment and Property to approve
the use of a chosen framework following due diligence and to
approve the award of the contract, following the tender process, in
consultation with the Director for Finance and
Resources.
