Purpose

To receive an update on the Regeneration and
Estate Renewal Strategy.

Content

1.         That the
2024 refresh of the community-led regeneration and renewal strategy
be approved.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property
(in consultation with the Cabinet member for Housing) to make minor
typographical and consequential amendments to the Regeneration and
Renewal Strategy.
