Purpose

To consider approving the commencement of a
procurement exercise to commission Educational Psychology.

Content

1.         That the
commencement of a procurement exercise to appoint a provider to
complete Educational Psychology assessments, be
approved. 

2.         That the
contract be a term for two years with the option to extend for one
additional year.

3.         That, on
the condition a suitable framework is identified, authority be
delegated to the Director of Children’s Services (in
consultation with the Cabinet member for Children and Young people)
to award the contract.
