Purpose

To consider approving an extension of the
Domestic Abuse Single Provider Framework agreement let to MK Act,
together with the three core call-off contracts for the Crisis
Intervention Service, Perpetrator Programme and Refuge

Content

1.        
That approval be granted to extend the Domestic
Abuse Framework Agreement for a further term of two-years
starting
on 1 March 2025
- 28 February 2027.

2.         That
approval be granted to vary and increase the value of the Framework
Agreement to £0.581m
per annum during the 2-year extension period. This would equate to
an increase of £27,650 per annum to cover
inflation.
