That we adopt a kw/h charge of 50p for the
financial year 2023/24, acknowledging that this will result in a
level of subsidy for staff and members of the public using the
chargers.
 
Future charging tariff decisions to be
delegated to the Chief Officer in consultation with the Cabinet
Member.
