That Cabinet considered the discussion held at
the Place Scrutiny Committee on 11th June 2025 and accepts the
Cabinet decisions made on 21st May 2025:
 
(i)             
To award the lease tender to Monmouthshire Muslim Community
Association.
(ii)            
To delegate authority to the Chief Officer for Resources to
negotiate the lease in accordance with the tender award.
