To approve the adoption of the Socially
Responsible Procurement Policy.
 
To delegate authority to approve any
subsequent updates to reflect national Guidance and / or meet new
legislative requirements, to the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief
Officer for Resources, in liaison with the Cabinet Member for
Resources.
