That the Strategic Equality Plan Annual Report 2023-2024, be approved.

2. That the Head of People and Organisational
Development as well as, if required, the relevant Cabinet Member be given
delegated authority to make such changes as may be needed to the Annual Report
prior to publication, provided that such changes do not materially alter the
content of the document considered by Cabinet.
