That having had due regard
to the integrated impact assessment, the objections are overruled in full to
the (Elba Crescent and Baldwins Crescent, Crymlyn Burrows) (Prohibition
of Motor Vehicles Except for Access) Order 2024 (as detailed in Appendix A to the
circulated report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

The
objectors will be notified of the decision of the board accordingly.
