having had due regard to the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment:

1.          
The new Local Flood Risk Management Strategy and Plan (as detailed at
Appendix A to the circulated report), be agreed, which will enable full public
and statutory consultation to take place.

2.          
The supporting Environmental Plans (as detailed at Appendix B to the
circulated report) be agreed.
