having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Screening Assessment, a public
path Diversion Order be made pursuant to Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, in
respect of the route shown A-B-C-D-E to A-F-G-H-I-J-K shown on plan no.1 (as
detailed on the circulated report), and that should no objections be received, the
order be confirmed as made.
