1.That the Regional Transport
Delivery Plan (RTDP) as set out at Appendix A, be endorsed.

2. That the use of the Council’s
statutory powers to progress delivery of the Regional Transport Delivery Plan
schemes and interventions, subject to Welsh Government approval and in
consultation with the relevant cabinet member, be approved.
