Decision :

 

That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, approval be granted
to advertise the Traffic Regulation Order on Beacons View, Valley View and Cwrt Tudor, Cimla, Neath for the new
Housing Development at The Old Tudor Inn site (as detailed in Appendix A to the
circulated report) and the proposal be implemented on site as advertised.

 

Reason
for Decision:

 

The
proposed traffic regulation order will prevent indiscriminate parking and
improve manoeuvrability issues in the interest of road safety.

 

Implementation
of Decision:

 

That
the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
