Decision

·       That the Head of Streetcare be authorised, in conjunction with corporate
communications, to carry out a further full public consultation exercise to obtain
a wider understanding of the potential issues that could occur from permanent
implementation of changes to park opening and closing operations.

·       That a further report,
detailing the results of the consultation be brought back to Cabinet with any
final proposals.
