1.          
That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, the Corporate
Strategy for the period 2024/2028, be approved. The strategy aims will need to
be subject to ongoing review, given the level of uncertainty in terms of
available revenue and capital resources provided by Government.

2.          
The Director of Strategy and Corporate Services be given delegated
authority, in consultation with the Leader, Deputy Leader and Chief Executive
to make any further changes that are deemed necessary prior to final
publication, and which do not materially change the content of the Plan.

3.          
That the Corporate Strategy be commended to Council for formal adoption
at its meeting on the 9 July 2025.
