That the preliminary design
of route one in the Neath Active Travel Masterplan be advanced to detailed
design in 2025-26.

 

Reason for Decision:

 

The scheme will help deliver
annual improvements in active travel in accordance with the requirements of the
Active Travel Act (Wales) 2013.

 

Implementation of
Decision:

 

That the decision be
implemented after the three-day call-in period.
