Officers made a presentation to
the Planning Committee on this Application (retrospective application for the
erection of 1.8m mesh fence system installed at varying heights between 1.7m -
1.9m due to undulating ground conditions, at land at Heathland Way, Coed Darcy, Llandarcy, Neath Port
Talbot, SA10 6FF) as detailed in the circulated report.

 

The Local Ward Members were
present to give their representations.

 

RESOLVED:                That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations,
Application No. P2025/0236 – retrospective application for mesh Fence at
Heathland Way, Coed Darcy, Llandarcy,
SA10 6FF, be Approved, subject to the recommendations contained within the
circulated report.
