That
having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Screening Assessment:-

 

·       The
Head of Property and Regeneration be granted delegated authority to progress a
two stage procurement exercise to appoint a design and build contractor via the
South West Wales Regional Framework design, and construction of a new teaching
block and related school facilities at Ysgol Maes y Coed,
Bryncoch.

 

·       That
the Head of Property and Regeneration (in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Climate Change and Economic Growth) be granted delegated authority to award
and enter into a contract to the highest scoring tenderer.

 

·       That
the Head of Property and Regeneration be granted delegated authority to
progress the required business case submissions to secure Welsh Government
funding towards the project.
