Decision:

 

That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objections are
overruled in full to the (Beacons View and Cwrt Tudor, Cimla)
(Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading At Any Time) and (Prohibition of
Waiting At Any Time) Order 2025 (as detailed in Appendix A) to the circulated
report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

 

The
objectors will be notified of the decision of the board accordingly.

 

Reasons
for Decision:

 

The
scheme is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking and improve
manoeuvrability issues in the interest of road safety.

 

Implementation
of Decision:

 

That
the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
