Decision:

 

That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment approval is granted
to adopt a section of Ffordd Parc Ynysderw in order to implement Traffic
Regulation Orders and provide parking enforcement (as detailed in Appendix A to
the circulated report).

 

Reason
for Decision:

 

The
adoption is necessary to introduce traffic regulation orders on Ffordd Parc
Ynysderw and provide parking enforcement to prevent indiscriminate parking in
the interest of road safety.

 

Implementation
of Decision:

 

The
decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
