Decision:

 

That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are
over ruled in full to the Traffic Calming Measures at Beechwood Avenue – Main
Road and Junction at Gnoll Drive and Woodside Avenue Junction, Neath (as
detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report).

 

The
objectors will be notified of the decision of the board accordingly.

 

Reason
for Decision:

 

The
scheme is necessary to increase the highway safety for all users.

 

Implementation
of Decision:

 

The
decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
