That
having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, approval be granted
to advertise the Traffic Regulation Order on Meadow Road, Neath for the new
Housing Development (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report), and if
no objections are received that the proposal be implemented on site as
advertised.
