That
having had due regard to the first stage Integrated Impact Screening Assessment,
it be agreed (subject to the obligations identified in the circulated report
being met, and following the grant of the Development Consent Order and any
other secondary consents relating to the electricity infrastructure by PEDW),
delegated authority be granted to the Director of Environment and Regeneration
(in consultation with the Leader of NPT Council) to agree and enter into the
aforementioned Option Agreement with Mynydd Fforch Dwm Wind Farm Energy 2021
Limited, for an easement in perpetuity, on the terms and conditions set out in
the circulated report.
