having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment:

That the objections be overruled to the Eagle Street and Broad Street,
Port Talbot (Revocation) (Limited Waiting) and (Resident Permit Holders) Order
2023 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme
is implemented as advertised.

That the objectors be informed of the decision accordingly.
