That having had due regard to
the Integrated Impact Assessment, the objection be overruled to the Lane rear
of 1 to 17 Crown Street, Port Talbot (Revocation of No Entry) Order 2023 (as
detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report), and that the scheme be implemented
as advertised and monitored going forward. That the objector be informed of the
decision accordingly.
