Decision:

 

That approval be granted to allow
residents to convert one of their existing permits into an open
permit. This will enable visitors to park in the designated
residents’ parking bays on the street where the resident
lives. This arrangement will apply exclusively to Elba and Baldwins
Crescent.

 

Reason for
Decision:

 

To allow residents who are entitled
to parking permits the

option to make one of the permits
an open permit which can be used for any vehicle to park in the
resident bays on Elba and Baldwins Crescents.

 

Implementation of
Decision:

 

Consideration was given to the
updated report and the implementation of decision was amended to
reflect the three day call in period.

 

That the decision be implemented
after the three-day call-in period.
