That having had due regard to the
integrated impact assessment:

 

1.                
The Updated Proposed Base Network Plan for South
West Wales be endorsed in principle

Delegated Authority be granted to
the Head of Engineering and Transport to continue working in
partnership with Transport for Wales on the Neath Port Talbot Local
Bus base network, to implement more detailed timetable information
and service connection details, to ensure that there is no
reduction in local bus provision from the current levels

be granted to the Head of
Engineering and Transport to continue working in partnership with
Transport for Wales on the Neath Port Talbot Local Bus base
network, to ensure that the feedback provided on the Base Network
throughout the public engagement and statutory consultation be
