Having had due regard to the first
stage Integrated Impact Assessment, it be agreed that:

 

1.                
The existing policy be continued
without any changes to the current grit bin provision outside of
policy scope.

 

2.                
The 3 yearly review be removed due
to extensive review since 2012, and suitability of current
provision.

 

3.                
The policy be amended to include a
provision that the grit bin stock may be reviewed in response to
development, a significant event or an incident that warrants
reassessment of grit bin provision based on new
requirements.
