That having had due regard to the
Integrated Impact Assessment and the risk assessment, in line with
the requirements of the School Funding (Wales) Regulations 2010,
the proposed changes to the current formula for allocating funding
to schools (as detailed within the circulated report), be approved,
with effect from April 1st 2026.
