Decision:

That having had due regard to the
first stage Integrated Impact Assessment, the 24/7 opening of parks
and gardens for pedestrian access. - Exclude Victoria Gardens from
the arrangement and continue with traditional opening and closing
times, due to concerns raised by the Police and Neighbourhood
Services officers, be approved.
