Having had due regard to the
integrated impact assessment:

That the
objections be upheld in full to the Pen Y Dre, Neath (Revocation of Limited
Waiting, 1 hour, Return Prohibited within 2 hours, Monday to Saturday, 8am to
6pm, Permit Holders Exempt) Order 2022 (as detailed in Appendix A to the
circulated report) and that the scheme be withdrawn.

That the objectors be informed of the decision accordingly.
